This compact amplifier is ideal for a simple audiophile-grade, subwoofer / satellite system. With the XD500/3v2, you can drive a pair of quality component speaker systems with plenty of clean power, while also delivering a stout 300 W to your subwoofer system. The breakthrough that makes this much power possible in such a small chassis is our NexD switching design.
The XD500/3v2 includes a 12 dB / octave high-pass filter for its main channels, plus a variable slope low-pass filter for its subwoofer channel. Both filters offer continuously variable cutoff frequency selection from 50-500 Hz.
The XD500/3v2 also features the v2 Spec feature set, which consists of automatic turn-on capability (via signal sensing or DC-offset sensing), and a dual-range differential-balanced input section able to handle a wide range of input voltage levels. With the addition of an HD-RLC remote level control (sold separately), the amplifier’s level can be directly controlled from the driver’s seat.
This amplifier features a black powder-coat finish and a gasketed, brushed aluminum cover for the controls.

Designed to simplify great audio, every VXi amplifier combines our advanced NexD2 switching amplifier technology with an integrated, full-featured digital signal processor.
With our second-generation NexD2 technology, the VX600/6i full-range amplifier outputs up to 75 watts per channel into 4 ohms, or 100 watts into 2 ohms. It can also be bridged into 4 ohms, producing up a rock-solid 200 W x 3.
The NexD2™ full-range technology in this amplifier is DSP-controlled and features a reduced loop area design utilizing DirectFET outputs for outstanding fidelity, very low noise and exceptional efficiency. The amplifier chassis is ultra-compact, with all connections on one side, to greatly simplify installation into tight spaces.
Instead of traditional control knobs and switches, all amplifier adjustments and DSP functionality are configured via a compatible external device (PC, Tablet or Smartphone), with the appropriate JL Audio TüN Software application installed.

This tiny amplifier packs a serious full-range punch, delivering a staggering 100 watts to each of its four channels into 2 ohms (14.4V, 1% THD). The breakthrough that makes this much power possible in such a small chassis is our NexD ultra-high-speed switching design, which allows for full bandwidth Class D operation with extremely low distortion and outstanding efficiency.
Use the XD400/4v2 in combination with our XD600/1 monoblock to build a 1000 W amplification system to power four satellites and a subwoofer… and fit the whole thing under a seat. Or, use the XD400/4v2 by itself to power two satellites, plus a subwoofer. With XD’s, the possibilities are endless.
