The Access Cab version of Toyota’s midsize truck has minimal backseat space for passengers and almost no room for a bulky subwoofer enclosure.
JL Audio’s Stealthbox design team developed a clever solution that mounts between the jump seats, creating a nice arm rest with dual storage trays for rear passengers. Equipped with our innovative 10-inch TW3 thin-line subwoofer, this downfiring Stealthbox features a sealed enclosure design and delivers stunning deep-bass output. Rear seat folding remains unaffected.
The Hard Data: Contains one 10TW3-D4 subwoofer in a sealed enclosure. 400 watt power handling. Wired for 2 ohm mono. Replaces rear center console.

TW3 10-inch Subwoofer (400 W, dual 4 ohm voice coils)
Building on the core technology of our TW5 thin-line subwoofers, the TW3’s deliver a powerful combination of shallow mounting depth and excursion capability. In fact, they are capable of greater excursion than the W3v3’s.
To allow this remarkable feat to be achieved, JL Audio’s patented thin-line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the TW3’s using a concentric tube structure built into the injection-molded cone body. This structure supports the voice coil and a full annular spider, while permitting the placement of the large motor structure further forward in the speaker than with conventional designs.
TW3’s are optimized for small enclosures and offer our tab-ear mounting design to maximize cone area within their mounting footprints. We know you’re going to love working with these amazing Subwoofers.

This Subwoofer has been called the “”best damn 8-inch subwoofer ever made”” for its remarkable performance capabilities and design attributes. An impressive linear excursion envelope that exceeds 0.75 in. (19 mm) one-way allows it to deliver impact well beyond the range of other 8-inch Subwoofers.
The 8W7AE is best used with amplifier power in the 200W – 500W range and is optimized to operate in a 0.875 cu. ft. (24.8 l) sealed enclosure, or a 1.0 cu. ft. (28.3 l) ported enclosure.
