The 5th Generation 4Runner has been long-overdue for a Stealthbox solution. When we finally approached the challenge, we knew owners cared about the vehicle’s cargo space and we didn’t want to interfere with OEM cargo slides or aftermarket cargo drawer systems. The result is the addition of a spectacular 400 watt, 10-inch subwoofer solution tucked nicely behind the factory cargo panel.
The Hard Data: Contains one 10TW3-D4 subwoofer in a sealed enclosure. 400 watt power handling. Wired for 2 ohm mono. Installs behind factory panel in the passenger side rear cargo area. Subwoofer is protected by the included black steel mesh grille and concealed by a fabric grille. Installation requires permanent modification to the factory panel. Installation in models equipped with an “OEM” subwoofer require purchase of a standard factory panel from Toyota Parts. Will not fit models with third row seating.

The 12W1v3 is a lightweight 12-inch driver with excellent performance capabilities at moderate power levels. It features moderate mounting depth with no pole-vent, so the rear of the motor structure can be placed directly against an enclosure boundary. Excellent excursion capability and linearity allow it to reproduce sub-bass with shocking extension and quality. Several of JL Audio’s proprietary technologies enhance its performance and reliability.
The 12W1v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 75W – 300W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 1.10 cu. ft. (31.5 l) sealed enclosure.

If you need a small-format subwoofer that really delivers in extremely small enclosures, this is where your search ends. The 6W3v3 is a true subwoofer, through-and-through. It employs the same technologies as its larger diameter brethren to deliver a whopping 0.35 in. (8.9 mm) one-way linear excursion.
The 6W3v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 50W – 150W range and is optimized to operate in a tiny 0.15 cu. ft. (4.2 l) sealed enclosure, or a 0.25 cu. ft. (7.1 l) ported enclosure.

We couldn’t leave the ultimate thin woofer alone… we had to make it even better.
Our patented thin-line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the 13TW5v2 using a concentric tube structure that supports the 7-inch diameter voice coil and the suspension attachments. This permits placement of the large motor structure much further forward in the speaker than with conventional designs, while allowing excellent linear excursion capability and mechanical stability.
To unleash even more performance from this technology, the v2 improves upon the original 13TW5 with 13% greater linear excursion capability. The cast alloy chassis has also been modified for greater strength and the redesigned motor now features an annular vent. The v2 is also available in single 2 ohm and single 4 ohm voice coil versions to fit a wide range of applications.
In keeping with its ?tight-spaces? mission, the 13TW5v2 is optimized for enclosures that are far smaller than most 12-inch woofers require and only a bit larger than the air space needs of a typical, small-box 10-inch woofer. The mounting system is designed to fit in about the same footprint as a typical 12-inch woofer.
The 13TW5v2 is best used with amplifier power in the 250W – 600W range and is optimized to operate in a 0.80 cu. ft. (22.7 l) sealed enclosure.
Never has such high-quality sub-bass been possible in the most challenging installation applications.
