Our Stealthbox features a sealed enclosure design that fits in the same location as the optional factory subwoofer (and requires no holes to be drilled for installation). Equipped with our revolutionary 12TW3 thin-line subwoofer, this Stealthbox delivers deep, powerful bass that’s worthy of your Mustang’s heritage.
The Hard Data: Contains one 12TW3-D4 in a sealed enclosure. 400 watt power handling. Wired for 2 ohm mono. Installs in the passenger side rear corner of the trunk. Factory subwoofer (if equipped) must be removed for installation of Stealthbox. Installation in Mustang Shelby GT350 models requires relocation of additional OEM equipment. Will not fit convertible models!

The 12W1v3 is a lightweight 12-inch driver with excellent performance capabilities at moderate power levels. It features moderate mounting depth with no pole-vent, so the rear of the motor structure can be placed directly against an enclosure boundary. Excellent excursion capability and linearity allow it to reproduce sub-bass with shocking extension and quality. Several of JL Audio’s proprietary technologies enhance its performance and reliability.
The 12W1v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 75W – 300W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 1.10 cu. ft. (31.5 l) sealed enclosure.

The 8W1v3 is an outstanding choice when space is very tight and amplifier power is moderate. It features shallow mounting depth (3.86 in. / 98 mm) and a compact motor structure, allowing it to comfortably fit in a lot of spaces where a typical 8-inch driver will not. Lacking a pole vent, the rear of the motor structure can be placed directly against an enclosure boundary. Excellent excursion capability and linearity allow it to reproduce sub-bass with shocking extension and quality. Several of JL Audio’s proprietary technologies enhance its performance and reliability.
The 8W1v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 50W – 150W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 0.350 cu. ft. (9.90 l) sealed enclosure.

We couldn’t leave the ultimate thin woofer alone… we had to make it even better.
Our patented thin-line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the 13TW5v2 using a concentric tube structure that supports the 7-inch diameter voice coil and the suspension attachments. This permits placement of the large motor structure much further forward in the speaker than with conventional designs, while allowing excellent linear excursion capability and mechanical stability.
To unleash even more performance from this technology, the v2 improves upon the original 13TW5 with 13% greater linear excursion capability. The cast alloy chassis has also been modified for greater strength and the redesigned motor now features an annular vent. The v2 is also available in single 2 ohm and single 4 ohm voice coil versions to fit a wide range of applications.
In keeping with its ?tight-spaces? mission, the 13TW5v2 is optimized for enclosures that are far smaller than most 12-inch woofers require and only a bit larger than the air space needs of a typical, small-box 10-inch woofer. The mounting system is designed to fit in about the same footprint as a typical 12-inch woofer.
The 13TW5v2 is best used with amplifier power in the 250W – 600W range and is optimized to operate in a 0.80 cu. ft. (22.7 l) sealed enclosure.
