StowAway subwoofer systems are engineered to deliver amazing subwoofer performance in challenging environments and applications.
Featuring a down-firing hard-shell design, StowAway subwoofers are well suited for mounting areas shared with cargo or exposed to the elements. Constructed from marine-grade materials, this low-profile enclosure design harnesses the incredible small box requirements of the TW1 subwoofer to generate smooth and powerful bass from a remarkably compact enclosure. Slotted mounting feet located at each corner of the enclosure’s base assist with “off-the-floor” installations or in tight spaces where access is limited.
The StowAway subwoofer system is prewired with selectable harness exits located underneath at opposite ends.

W1v3 10-inch Subwoofer (300 W, 2 ohm)
The 10W1v3 is an outstanding choice when space is very tight and amplifier power is moderate. It features shallow mounting depth (4.6 in. / 117 mm) and a compact motor structure, allowing it to comfortably fit in a lot of spaces where a typical 10-inch driver will not. Lacking a pole vent, the rear of the motor structure can be placed directly against an enclosure boundary. Excellent excursion capability and linearity allow it to reproduce sub-bass with shocking extension and quality. Several of JL Audio’s proprietary technologies enhance its performance and reliability.
The 10W1v3-2 is best used with amplifier power in the 75W – 300W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 0.55 cu. ft. (15.57 l) sealed enclosure.

We couldn’t leave the ultimate thin woofer alone… we had to make it even better.
Our patented thin-line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the 13TW5v2 using a concentric tube structure that supports the 7-inch diameter voice coil and the suspension attachments. This permits placement of the large motor structure much further forward in the speaker than with conventional designs, while allowing excellent linear excursion capability and mechanical stability.
To unleash even more performance from this technology, the v2 improves upon the original 13TW5 with 13% greater linear excursion capability. The cast alloy chassis has also been modified for greater strength and the redesigned motor now features an annular vent. The v2 is also available in single 2 ohm and single 4 ohm voice coil versions to fit a wide range of applications.
In keeping with its ?tight-spaces? mission, the 13TW5v2 is optimized for enclosures that are far smaller than most 12-inch woofers require and only a bit larger than the air space needs of a typical, small-box 10-inch woofer. The mounting system is designed to fit in about the same footprint as a typical 12-inch woofer.
The 13TW5v2 is best used with amplifier power in the 250W – 600W range and is optimized to operate in a 0.80 cu. ft. (22.7 l) sealed enclosure.
