In this sealed Truck PowerWedge subwoofer system, we harness the performance of the 12TW3 to deliver amazing sub-bass from an enclosure that is only 7 in. (178 mm) deep at its base and 4.5 in. (114 mm) at the top.
This enclosure design has been carefully engineered to the optimum sealed enclosure alignment for the 12TW3 and has been fine-tuned through extensive real-world listening.
This subwoofer system is shipped wired, loaded and ready to connect via a five-way binding post terminal.
Finish: Black, high-grade automotive carpet with “JL AUDIO” embroidered in silver on the front baffle. A steel mesh grille is included to protect the Subwoofer.

The 10W1v3 is an outstanding choice when space is very tight and amplifier power is moderate. It features shallow mounting depth (4.6 in. / 117 mm) and a compact motor structure, allowing it to comfortably fit in a lot of spaces where a typical 10-inch driver will not. Lacking a pole vent, the rear of the motor structure can be placed directly against an enclosure boundary. Excellent excursion capability and linearity allow it to reproduce sub-bass with shocking extension and quality. Building on the core technology of our TW5 thin-line subwoofers, the TW3’s deliver a powerful combination of shallow mounting depth and excursion capability. In fact, they are capable of greater excursion than the W3v3’s.
To allow this remarkable feat to be achieved, JL Audio’s patented thin-line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the TW3’s using a concentric tube structure built into the injection-molded cone body. This structure supports the voice coil and a full annular spider, while permitting the placement of the large motor structure further forward in the speaker than with conventional designs.
TW3’s are optimized for small enclosures and offer our tab-ear mounting design to maximize cone area within their mounting footprints. We know you’re going to love working with these amazing Subwoofers.

This acclaimed Subwoofer strikes an outstanding balance in power handling, enclosure requirements and excursion to deliver excellent results in medium power applications. Several exclusive JL Audio technologies and proprietary assembly techniques are applied to the 10W3v3 to enhance linearity and reliability.
The 10W3v3-2 is best used with amplifier power in the 150W – 500W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 0.625 cu. ft. (17.7 l) sealed enclosure, or a 1.25 cu. ft. (35.4 l) ported enclosure.

If you need an 8-inch subwoofer that can create outstanding bass in extremely small enclosures, the 8W3v3 will do the job and surprise you with its power and accuracy. It employs the same technologies as its larger diameter brethren to deliver a whopping 0.375 in. (10 mm) of controlled, one-way, linear excursion.
The 8W3v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 75W – 250W range and is optimized to operate in a tiny 0.30 cu. ft. (8.5 l) sealed enclosure, or a 0.35 cu. ft. (9.9 l) ported enclosure.
