In this low-profile PowerWedge subwoofer system, we harness the performance of the 12TW3 to deliver amazing sub-bass from an enclosure that is only 5.0625 in. (129 mm) deep.
This low-profile enclosure design has been carefully engineered to the optimum sealed enclosure alignment for the 12TW3-D4 and has been fine-tuned through extensive real-world listening.
The PowerWedge subwoofer system is shipped wired, loaded and ready to connect via a five-way binding post terminal.
Finish: Black, high-grade automotive carpet with “JL AUDIO” embroidered in silver on the front baffle. A steel mesh grille is included to protect the Subwoofer.

It employs the same technologies as its larger diameter brethren to deliver a whopping 0.35 in. (8.9 mm) one-way linear excursion.
The 6W3v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 50W – 150W range and is optimized to operate in a tiny 0.15 cu. ft. (4.2 l) sealed enclosure, or a 0.25 cu. ft. (7.1 l) ported enclosure.

Building on the core technology of our TW5 thin-line subwoofers, the TW3’s deliver a powerful combination of shallow mounting depth and excursion capability. In fact, they are capable of greater excursion than the W3v3’s.
To allow this remarkable feat to be achieved, JL Audio’s patented thin-line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the TW3’s using a concentric tube structure built into the injection-molded cone body. This structure supports the voice coil and a full annular spider, while permitting the placement of the large motor structure further forward in the speaker than with conventional designs.
TW3’s are optimized for small enclosures and offer our tab-ear mounting design to maximize cone area within their mounting footprints. We know you’re going to love working with these amazing Subwoofers.

The 8W7AE is best used with amplifier power in the 200W – 500W range and is optimized to operate in a 0.875 cu. ft. (24.8 l) sealed enclosure, or a 1.0 cu. ft. (28.3 l) ported enclosure.

This highly advanced Subwoofer offers several technologies shared with the flagship W7AE subwoofers to provide powerful advantages in motor linearity and suspension behavior. These combine with a very efficient cooling circuit to deliver reduced distortion and outstanding dynamic balance.
The 12W6v3 is best used with amplifier power in the 200W – 600W range and is optimized to operate in a sealed enclosure with only 1.0 cu. ft. (28.3 l) of air space, or a 1.3 cu. ft (36.8 l) ported enclosure.
