We couldn’t leave the ultimate thin woofer alone… we had to make it even better.
Our patented thin-line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the 13TW5v2 using a concentric tube structure that supports the 7-inch diameter voice coil and the suspension attachments. This permits placement of the large motor structure much further forward in the speaker than with conventional designs, while allowing excellent linear excursion capability and mechanical stability.
To unleash even more performance from this technology, the v2 improves upon the original 13TW5 with 13% greater linear excursion capability. The cast alloy chassis has also been modified for greater strength and the redesigned motor now features an annular vent. The v2 is also available in single 2 ohm and single 4 ohm voice coil versions to fit a wide range of applications.
In keeping with its ?tight-spaces? mission, the 13TW5v2 is optimized for enclosures that are far smaller than most 12-inch woofers require and only a bit larger than the air space needs of a typical, small-box 10-inch woofer. The mounting system is designed to fit in about the same footprint as a typical 12-inch woofer.
The 13TW5v2 is best used with amplifier power in the 250W – 600W range and is optimized to operate in a 0.80 cu. ft. (22.7 l) sealed enclosure.
Never has such high-quality sub-bass been possible in the most challenging installation applications.

Words like “extreme,” “reference” and “ultimate” get thrown around quite a bit in the Subwoofer world, but rare is the product that can honestly lay claim to them. The 13W7AE does.
Taking the W7 design formula to its highest level, the 13W7AE offers a staggering linear excursion envelope that exceeds 1.25 inches (32 mm) one-way, along with a suspension capable of over 4-inches of peak-to-peak excursion. Combine that with a piston diameter that is 28% larger than the 12W7AE’s, and you have a serious high-performance driver for the most demanding applications. With a 13W7AE, limits simply vanish and amazing sub-bass happens… on all fronts, at any level.
Our most potent Subwoofer is best used with amplifier power in the 500W – 1500W range and is optimized to operate in a 1.875 cu. ft. (53.1 l) sealed enclosure, or a 2.375 cu. ft. (67.3 l) ported enclosure.
W7AE (Anniversary Edition) Subwoofers celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the launch of the W7 subwoofers. Functionally, they are identical to the original W7’s, but they are distinguished by the following cosmetic differences:

W0v3 15-inch Subwoofer (500 W, 4 ohm)
Sometimes, bigger is better… For these situations, the 15W0v3 offers excellent excursion capability, linearity and an overall performance envelope that puts it right at the top of its price class. It features a very beefy 2.5 in. diameter voice coil and our Elevated Frame Cooling design for enhanced power handling and reliability.
The 15W0v3 is best used with amplifier power in the 150W – 500W range and is optimized to operate in a moderately sized 1.875 cu. ft. (53.1 l) sealed enclosure, or a 2.75 cu. ft. (77.88 l) ported enclosure.

If you need a small-format subwoofer that really delivers in extremely small enclosures, this is where your search ends. The 6W3v3 is a true subwoofer, through-and-through. It employs the same technologies as its larger diameter brethren to deliver a whopping 0.35 in. (8.9 mm) one-way linear excursion.
The 6W3v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 50W – 150W range and is optimized to operate in a tiny 0.15 cu. ft. (4.2 l) sealed enclosure, or a 0.25 cu. ft. (7.1 l) ported enclosure.

W1v3 8-inch Subwoofer (150 W, 4 ohm)
The 8W1v3 is an outstanding choice when space is very tight and amplifier power is moderate. It features shallow mounting depth (3.86 in. / 98 mm) and a compact motor structure, allowing it to comfortably fit in a lot of spaces where a typical 8-inch driver will not. Lacking a pole vent, the rear of the motor structure can be placed directly against an enclosure boundary. Excellent excursion capability and linearity allow it to reproduce sub-bass with shocking extension and quality. Several of JL Audio’s proprietary technologies enhance its performance and reliability.
The 8W1v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 50W – 150W range and is optimized to operate in a compact 0.350 cu. ft. (9.90 l) sealed enclosure.

It employs the same technologies as its larger diameter brethren to deliver a whopping 0.375 in. (10 mm) of controlled, one-way, linear excursion.
The 8W3v3-4 is best used with amplifier power in the 75W – 250W range and is optimized to operate in a tiny 0.30 cu. ft. (8.5 l) sealed enclosure, or a 0.35 cu. ft. (9.9 l) ported enclosure.

All mounting hardware is included for a secure, great sounding installation.

Fortunately, our engineers tackled this challenge head on and developed a subwoofer solution that fills your Crew Cab with stunning amounts of deep bass output. Featuring a sealed enclosure design, this Stealthbox houses two of our revolutionary 12TW3 thin-line subwoofers and installs neatly under the rear seat, without compromising rear seat comfort. Rear seat folding is unaffected, and we even left space on the enclosure that’s perfect for a clean, hidden amplifier installation!
The Hard Data: Contains two 12TW3-D8 Subwoofers in a sealed enclosure. 800 watt power handling. Wired for 2 ohm mono. Fits 1500 Crew Cab with fixed (non-reclining) rear seat. For models equipped with a rear underseat storage tray, you must purchase replacement seat bracket trim panels (6ME47TX7AC and 6ME48TX7AC) from Mopar parts. Alternatively, you may also use SB-D-5GRAMCCR/10TW3 (94677). Will not fit 2500 or 3500 models.
